(1) Brie, Spinach & Pancetta Filo Bundles – Finished with spiced fruit chutney
(2) Smoked Salmon & Dill Timbale – Fine oak-smoked salmon filled with a light mousse, served with crisp artisan bread and a herb salad

Main Choices –
(3) Stuffed Turkey Crown – Soft roasted turkey breast, served with all the trimmings and cranberry jus
(4) Fillet Medallions – Hand-cut fillet of beef served on rosemary and garlic- infused mash, and finished with a port and redcurrent jus
