Welcome to the Innovations Fitness Summer Special Newsletter.
What a great couple of months at the Fitness Sessions so far. We have seen numbers reach the high 20’s and low thirties, creating a great “Buzz” in the park. Lets keep it up over the next couple of months, rising fitness levels and setting yourself new goals all the time. We have stormed into Petersfield with two new sessions each week. You will find us at Penns Place, behind the Taro centre 09:15 on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. We know a lot of you will be enjoying your summer holidays over the next two months, travel safe, keep up your fitness whilst away, swimming, cycling or even walking whilst exploring! We will be here ready and raring when you get back!
Timetable changes for July
The following sessions have been cancelled for this month.

Bootcamp Adventure Weekend 18-20th September
This fantastic weekend of “Fun and Fitness” on the beautiful Jurassic coastline is filling up fast we have 8 spaces left. The weekend is such a great weekend of fitness, fun and getting out in the fresh air.

Food for July – Barbecuing season
Over the summer we all like to barbecue. Try this “Moroccan Fruity Burger Recipe” for an interesting twist on a traditional burger recipe. The combination of fruit, meat and spice make this a winner.
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 20 mins | Kcal 250 | Protein: 26g | Carbs: 20g | Fat: 8g 5 Portions.
500g Lean Beef or Lamb Mince 100g Dried Apricots (Chopped) 50g Sultanas
50g Raw Porridge Oats 4 Spring Onions (Chopped) 2 tbsp. Parsley.
2 tbsp Chilli Flakes 2 Eggs Salt and Pepper
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat.
Mix all of the ingredients
Form into 5 burger patties
Grill until cooked through
To reduce the carbohydrate content you can reduce the quantities of sultanas, apricots and oats. However, they won’t taste as nice. Enjoy!!
Couch 2 5Km

The course is a great way to start your fitness for the Autumn, challenge yourself and set new goals.
